The People
With over 13 years of real estate experience as a paralegal, investor and property manager Jennie has the knowledge and skills necessary to provide her clients with unsurpassed service. Having personally assisted in over 10,000 closings, she is an excellent problem solver, skilled negotiator, and an incredible ally with a passion for real estate. Jennie loves what she does and it shows. Currently a member of both the National & Raleigh Regional Associations of Realtors and Triangle MLS, and is also a designated Strategic Pricing Specialist (SPS).
Immediately following his 1996 graduation from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Jeff
moved to Apex, NC and formed Zdenek Law Firm P.A., a small firm dedicated to the practice of real estate and its complexities. Now in his 15th year of practice, having closed well over 10,000 transactions, he has joined his wife Jennie and her partner Kellie as broker in charge of Providence Realty Group, LLC.
